Okie. Had two days off, done NOTHING! Well, I did look at digital cameras yesterday and should be getting one next week. Hopefully, I’ll be able to post a lot more pictures on the internet (i.e. here!). I need to delve into the guts of the website and fix a few things. Once I have Dreamweaver, I want to bring some more colour into the site and freshen things up a bit before the big redesign. <\/p>\n
Tommy and I went out for a few drinks last night. We had a really good time and got quite hammered. At Mama’s I was sitting beside a guy called Takayuki, this guy was a living legend. He initially seemed quite impressed with the size of me. However, he quickly moved on to wanting me to sing the words to “Yesterday” by The Beatles, which I dutifully did (I was half-pissed). After this he spent the rest of the night trying to persuade me that I really did like fish, he failed in this. However, he took solace from forcing more drink down my throat as a substitute. Tommy was keeping pace with me and as a result we both got minced. Takayuki even paid the bill at the end of the night which we couldn’t talk him out of. Japan is a very strange place sometimes. <\/p>\n
As an aside, in a major achievement last night, we found an izakaya that serves PINTS!!!!!!!! Indeed they seem bigger than a pint! Excellent stuff. <\/p>\n
Back to work tomorrow. should be good fun. Wednesday’s is guy’s day (until the new girl arrives), so it’s just Tommy, Luke and me. There is a new instructor arriving on the 24th of February, she’s from Canada. So hopefully it will be fun showing someone new around.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
