My Nan died today after a long and very brave fight against Parkinson’s Disease. She was such a massive part of our lives it seems impossible to consider life without her presence. In over twenty years of fighting illness she never once complained at her predicament or asked “why me?”, she’ll be an inspiration for the rest of my life.
