Yep, that’s right I don’t speak Japanese!

Nama beiru, kudasai!

Well maybe a little then (“a draft beer please” BTW – thanks Ruth).

Life here is pretty dandy, it’s still too hot to wear a jacket during the day, it’s lovely and sunny today and life is good – what more can I ask for? I phoned Bonnie Scotland last night and had a chat to my Granddad and Mother (I also spoke to Bryan – my brother – earlier in the week) everyone is fine – my Grandad wasn’t very well last week but sounds much better now.

Tommy and I are supposedly going to an Isakaya (a Japanese bar/restaurant) tonight so I am looking forward to that. I bought a load of clothes the other day so I am looking forward to them arriving. Higashi-Hiroshima was fantastic and I had such a good time. We ate out a lot and I tried so much Japanese food – it was fantastic and easily the best time I have had in Japan! So mega thanks to Trev, Keiko and Kiyo!

There is one final thing I have to do, so excuse the shouting:

GRANDDAD LISTEN TO MY MUM, GET THE HEARING AID CHECKED OUT!

He he he! :o)
